Jeremy Vine on BBC Radio 2 Discusses Asbestos Compenstation
Today’s Jeremy Vine show on BBC Radio 2 discusses asbestos compensation after two families have recently won claims following the death of their loved ones to asbestos related diseases. One of the victims, Mrs Dianne Wilmore was exposed to asbestos whilst she was a pupil at Bowring School in Huyton, during the 1970s; she died in 2009, the day after the judge ruled she was entitled to £240,000 compensation.
