1.1. This privacy policy sets out how Graph Contract Services uses and protects any information that you give Graph Contract Services. The client information we hold is minimal and used purely for maintaining our trading relationship and general communication purposes.

4.1. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
4.1.1. Internal record keeping.
4.1.2. Provision of service.
4.1.4. Follow up services e.g. to inform you when an asbestos re-inspection survey is required.
4.1.5. To remain compliant with our Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001.

5.1. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for quality management purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or post.
5.2. Any feedback you may provide will be used only for the purpose of monitoring customer satisfaction to ensure our services remain relevant, up to date, useful and effective.
5.3. Your feedback will not be published on our website without your prior consent.

6.1. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
6.2. We do not store credit card details nor do we share those details with any 3rd parties other than for the purpose of processing the payment; should we record any data regarding payment details this will be shredded immediately after payment authorisation.

8.4. If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, we will update our records within one calendar month of receiving a written request to do so.
8.5. If you do not want us to use or store your data, we will update our records within one calendar month of receiving a written request to do so.

9.1 Graph Contract Services does not sell, distribute or lease personal information to third parties.
9.2 If you provide us with information about any third party or order a service in relation to a third party, you hereby confirm that you have the irrevocable permission or authority of the third party to contact us on their behalf and you further confirm that the third party has irrevocably authorised you to act on their behalf and has agreed that you can give consent on their behalf to use their personal data that you have provided for the purpose of processing an order on with us on their behalf and you hereby agree to fully indemnify us in respect of any losses or claims arising in respect of you not having the said permission
authority or agreement of the third party.

In the event of us passing your data to a third party for the purpose of provision of our services that we have agreed to provide we do not accept responsibility for any breach of the Data Protection Act by (a) the third party or (b) in the course of the data being transferred from us to the third party.
